Hi Mate,
I am not 100% certain on this, sorry. I asked my colleague who said that because your Visa is specific (Care Work) the Army would not be able to employ you. However, my advice would be to contact the NRC (National Recruitment Centre) on 0345 600 80 80. They will be able to give you a definite answer.
