I’ve got my Army Assessment Centre coming up soon, and I was wonderingdoes it matter what colour running shoes you wear for the exercises? Mine are bright green, and I wasn’t sure if they have to be neutral or plain coloured.
Good morning Idris,
The Colour of your trainers won't be a problem at all, so nothing to worry about.
A personnel opinion of mine is that, if you have bright colorful trainers, it's usually an indicator that you're a good runner so i hope this is the case.
Good luck with the Assessment Centre and i hope to see you around in the future when you join the ranks.
