No, not really pal.
Sounds like you have a plan. i always fancied being a chief.
If i was to make a suggestion, maybe look at a different role within the reserves other than a chief. This will give you a broader experience. Then in the future you may fine the army is/isnt for you, or you love being a chief and want to do it in the army full time.
