hi is there a limit to how many days you can work as a reserve in a year
also if i wanted to be a reserve as a communications infrastructure engineer do i need previous experience and qualifications or will i be taught ?

From 17 years & 9 months to 42 years & 6 months -
Qualifications:
Relevant skills from industry or ex-Regular service (which will be assessed before applications are accepted) -
Basic physical fitness assessment:
Army Reserve standards - Mid Thigh Pull 50kg
- Medicine Ball Throw 2.7m
- MSFT (beep test): Level 6 shuttle 6
- Mid Thigh Pull: 50kg
- Medicine Ball Throw: 2m 70cm
- MSFT (beep test): Level 5 shuttle 8
