Hi , im in the cadets and i am a cadet RSM will i go into the regular Army as this rank ?

Hi There, Unfortunately not. Cadet ranks have zero correlation with real ranks in the Army. So you will have to work your way up to WO1 from Private if this is a role you would like to carry out.
