Hi Emmanuel, what aspects would you specifically like to know?

    Time spent traveling and stuff

It very much depends on what band you end up in, as some travel a lot more than others due to the nature of their gigs. There is plenty of travel opportunities both in the UK and the throughout the world. Whilst serving in a band you find you are often given days back when we travel or perform at weekends or more unsocial hours, on top of the allocated leave. Summer is our busiest period, but we still get plenty of rehearsal time and time to spend with family etc. Please let me know if this has answered your question and if you have any further questions.

Thanks so much. I was worried if one won't be getting time at all for family

Once you have compeleted training, you will get the same leave allocations as the rest of the Army of plenty of leave periods, for bands this typically falls within school holidays too. If you have a partner/children you may even be eligible to apply for Army housing so your family can live where you work.
