Hello. Having poor or no grades will not impact on the application process. However, It will impact what job roles are open to you. For example the more technical job roles require GCSE's like maths at level 5-6. There are lots of job roles that you can gain all the benefits of being in the army as well as qualifications, that don't require any qualifications to apply. I joined a job role that required no qualifications and I now have a Masters Degree, that I got through the army, so anything is possible for you with a career in the Army.
