Depending what in your eligibility is stopping you will depend on weather we can help or not. Your recruiter should be able to give you an insight or should refer you onto the NRC for further information or guidance regarding your application on 0345 600 80 80
Ah, I’m having issue with the passport section my new passport doesn’t arrive untill the back end of next month and the only form of I do I have to fill in that cap as prove of nationality is my Zimbabwean birth certificate in which does not hold an expiration date. I’ve called the number before and the last person that spoke to me said I should let the issue be known here then try again
You would need to talk to the eligibility team at the NRC to resolve this issue. They will be able to tell you what is required / acceptable for you to continue.
