https://jobs.army.mod.uk/roles/royal-army-veterinary-corps/veterinary-officer/
https://jobs.army.mod.uk/roles/royal-army-veterinary-corps/dog-handler/
Some of these will require prior qualifications such as Veterinary Officer but others you will be taught everything you need. There are other roles where you could care for animals but they aren't specifically for that such as looking after a regimental mascot and you may not get that role.
