Good question Alex, the army lives by its values and standards. They are what we expect of every soldier and officer. These are summarised as:

Professional
The important thing to remember about joining the army is you don't need to be the finished product when you start. We will teach you all the behaviours and skills that you will need to demonstrate as a soldier, so just come willing to learn and you'll do fine.
