Hi, considering an Officer or Specialist role which meets my needs but afraid of choosing the wrong one, insight?

I have a Physics degree. I want my role to: - Involve at least some STEM - Involve leading a smaller group - Not be too dangerous - Involve use of weapons (even if it's just frequent training) - Be varied Which roles might be best for me and why? Thank you.
