Hi there Sophie,
This hugely depends on your specific role you choose and what is happening in the world. Our soldiers are always training to ensure they are ready to complete their roles, be that here or overseas. This often looks like exercises and training courses but this is not all year round and there will be periods where the role is relatively 9-5, Mon - Fri.
