The working day varies between each unit and your specific job roles. There is usually time during the normal working day for education and physical training as these are Incorporated into the day itself. As for GCSEs if you do not have your Maths and English then the Army will help you achieve a functional skills equivalent to a grade C/4. This would also be a requirement for future promotions. As for all other GCSEs it would be up to you to achieve those beforehand.
