Lower limb injuries are always a tricky one as they are one of the main causes of medical discharge. For that reason, lots will be assessed on a case by case basis, particularly in regards to how you injured it initially, what your prognosis is, how your function is, what pressure you put on your joint (do you play sports, carry weight etc..) and how it has held up.
You may find your initial application is rejected, I would always recommend considering appealing if you are functioning at a high level and feel you could complete military training without further injury - ideally provide evidence of this should you appeal.
