Chrizthelle M. asked a question to Robert N.
I want to go there for In-person candidate in the army application. Thank -President and Royal Worldwide
Good Afternoon - In terms of the application process, the stages following the initial online application are medical consent and forms and questionnaires. As long as there are no issues with this the next stage will be to book you on a virtual Army Brief. This is done so via Microsoft Teams and is delivered by a serving soldier. After you have attended this brief you will be booked onto an ICD (Individual Career Discussion) to go through your job preferences and options, as well as a look into some more information about you. These normally last about 40 mins and can be done virtually or in person at the Careers Office. So if you're not currently in the it may be possible for you to get up to this point virtually. From here the next stage is getting you booked into an Assessment Centre 3 day event. These can not be done virtually. Please let me know if you need anymore information.
Warm Regards,
SSgt Rob Needham
