As per the link there are no formal qualifications required for the job role. Also it would be up to you as to what subjects to do. The Army will ensure that you learn throughout your career to better yourself as an individual ensuring that you have an equivilent to 4 in maths and English. This is also required for promotions later in your career. Having some IT skills will also be handy but only basic knowldge would be needed.

For dog handling especially as it is a job so many want to do, so experience is often vital to ensure that you improve your chances of being selected for this job role or you could end up facing the long waiting list for this job which sometimes varies between 3-5 years. Please see the link to see what experience would count.
