Full time student wanting to be reserve med support officer
How would I complete the 8 week training if so? And what would my weekly/monthly commitments be?

The above two links should explain what you are looking for commitment I think is more down to role however you would need to talk to the reserves to find out more information. Commitments are explained more in the second link.
