From your experience, have you worked with anyone who has commissioned from the ranks (non LE)?
I've opted to join the ranks (as a grad). Reason for it was that it ultimately fit the bill for what I have been looking for in a career but still want to see the opportunity to go to AOSB if I feel my career is ultimately leading that way.

Yes, I have worked with lots of Officers who are from the ranks all of whom are very competent. The AOSB process is designed to work around you, my advice is to give it a go and see how you get on! Hope this helps.
