For an army officer scholarship, can you serve in the reserves during university rather then UOTC?
I would like to be a para officer and I was thinking that it would benefit more to join 4 para rather then UOTC. Thanks.

Hi Caden,
Once you are at University, you will first join the UOTC as an Army Scholar but can apply to join the reserves. Of those that I know, they have done the reserve commissioning course and then moved across to a reserve unit for the duration of their studies. Once they graduate, they then complete the regular commissioning course and join the Regular Army.
