What are the main areas I should train on? What exercises should I master before getting into the army?

We can't offer any specific physical training advice, but you should make yourself familiar with what the Army will expect from you during your basic physical fitness assessment.
At the moment, this consists of the Multi Stage Fitness Test (beep test), a mid-thigh pull, and a medicine ball throw. The latest information can be found on the Army Jobs website (linked below).
As long as you can pass the entry level tests, you'll have a firm foundation to develop through Basic Training.
