Ex Regular. Is there a way to receive a salary whilst I retrain at university, in order to reapply for a medical role?

Hello. What comes to mind is the Army Nurse job role. You would first do basic training and then go to uni as a trained (and paid a salary) solider. The only other thing that comes to mind is getting a bursary for uni when intending to join after as a officer. Otherwise you would have to transfer while in the army to continue getting a salary. Thanks for the reply. I’ve been offered a place on Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery commencing 22/09/25. Would this scheme, going to uni as a trained soldier, be available for entry into the Royal Veterinary Corps?
