It could impact certain roles, but certainly not a complete showstopper. The only way to really know is to apply.
As for Special Forces, i cannot comment within this forum.

Okay thank you so much, is there anywhere to find out regarding colourblindness in the special forces or again is the best way to just wait and apply in the future?
