If you don't agree with the rejection then feel free to put in an appeal. All appeals are reviewed by a board of doctors and not an individual checking to see if you can meet requirements for this it is always best to provide as much evidence as you can to go in your favour. For example getting a letter from your GP to say that you currently have no mental health issues, or not on any medications that will affect you ability for both joining and day to day life. Some appeals are successful the more evidence that is provided as it give the doctors more to review and discuss.
