You do, however it is not a given, you must still meet the standards and pass your Pre Non Commissioned Officer (PNCO) Cadre.
It is worth understanding that this alone will not give you authority and respect, this must be earned through hard work and being a team player. -

So if you join electronic warfare and signals intelligence would you be able to PNCO course or would you have to wait a few years to do it? Thanks in advance :)

You complete the PNCO course at the end of your EWSI training. It is the final stage before you go out to the Field Army and start doing your job.
