Do you have to be deployed to be an army nurse? Or can I work in civilian hospitals until I’m ready for deployment

You will be placed at a hospital or unit until you meet the right criteria. They will not deploy you unless they feel as though you are ready to do so. Hospitals are usually allocated so they can keep track of your hours and give you any additional support required.
