Do you have the option choose which JHG you stay in as a nurse and how long are postings?

You get to put down preferences as to where it is you wish to go but this can not always be guaranteed. Postings will also vary depending where you are and what unit you are at. They usually range from 2-5 years depending on job role for the majority of soldiers but am unsure as to how it would work for JHG. Posting board is looked at every year so if you are due posting or promote and are unable to stay where you are then the posting board could also influence this.
