Hello,
Please bear in mind that I do not know everyone in the RMP, but from the people I have worked with over the years, I can think of several that are from commonwealth backgrounds. I know of a few that attended and subsequently passed the CP course too. The same opportunities are available to commonwealth and UK residents alike.
