Hi Aagash,
Potentially via the Civil Service who work alongside us. Certainly not to join directly to the Army however.
The reason for this is that regardless of job role within the entire Army we are Soldiers first, trade second.
For example; Charging an enemy position in a wheelchair simply wouldn't be possible. If you are interested in working in collaboration with us, then I'd encourage you to please look into a civilian careers streams that work alongside us. Babcock being one of many good possibilities.
