Do you get any opportunities to study/learn foreign languages in the Army?

Yes absolutely
There will be plenty of time to either enroll on to your own using your learning credits or apply to go on a military provided course. There are a lot of different languages to study whilst in the army.
If you learn a language that the army requires, if you then use that language whilst on operations you get paid extra allowances for it
