Hi, unfortunately anything that requires medical intervention (incl pills) will probably rule you out. Any major surgeries will also probably rule you out. Anyone applying will have their medical records called for on application and it is always done on a individual basis. Everyone joining would also have a full medical examination. I believe with your condition you wouldn't be able to join the army on the basis of the above.

I don’t require any pills, and my doctors haven’t said anything about surgeries

Hi Webster, if you're on no medication, once you apply online if you can tick no to all the medical questions, once you are through that stage, you will have a medical examination and your med records will be requested (this is the norm for everyone joining the Armed Forces). You've certainly not got anything to lose by applying. Good luck.
