Do the medical requirements apply to all roles including specialist roles. Such as a doctor or physiotherapist.

There is a baseline standard that must be met which will be filtered out during the medical stage of your application. Everything is looked at in detail and on a case by case basis. Some job roles have slightly different requirements or minimum levels that must be achieved for example colour blindness may limit what jobs you can do but does not mean that you cannot join.
