Do MTP sleeves HAVE to be rolled up in the summer or are you allowed to have them down if you want on barracks

In the past sleeves were rolled up on a specific date and down on a specific date. This is no longer and the choice of whether you want them up or down is now yours. There are exceptions though, for example we have to wear sleeves down when working on our tanks. This is health and safety based due to hot exhausts and abrasive surfaces etc.

Hi Dominic, Great question. Having your shirt sleeves rolled up or down is your choice however unit policy will dictate the dress code for specific situations and or circumstances.
