Hi Ashwin,
MOs have some career opportunities to engage with command roles and staff planning - most MOs will do this on some level, and others will progress to more senior roles that have more responsibility in that regard. Most MOs will continue with some clinical work, but a small number choose to pursue an entirely command and staff career.
