Good evening,
You have to be transparent with your Criminal record. Failing to do so will result in a background check coming back in a negative view for you. The only way to really know is by applying. Just be honest.
I wish you luck.
on my application I was only asked if I have any unspent convictions , to which I was open about. I was never asked about spent convictions so I’m wondering if that’s information I need to inform my recruiter of.
It's been a long while since i made an application myself.
if the record only asks for Unspent then i wouldn't worry at this point.
All sounds in your favor then.😀
