Do combat medics get deployed on the ground or is it only skies/response. And where can they be deployed to? Thank you

This will depend on your specific job role as to where you are and what you will be doing if you are attached to a unit you will go with that unit wherever they go so you can be deployed out on the ground. However if you were part of a field hospital or medical regiment you would still be required to go out onto the ground but will be working more within an emergency capacity. Medics can also be deployed anywhere in the world and have a lot of opportunities including postings in Cyprus, Gibraltar, Brunei and Kenya. You can also get shorter postings to other countries and occasionally work within embassies around the world should you meet the right criteria for the job role.
