Is this for every single ranger? Or there are just airborne capable troops

Just following on, no, it’s not for every Ranger. Although some soldiers would have done P company before transferring, it is not their job role at the Rangers.

There is a minimum service requirement before a regular soldier can transfer to most specialized units however,and you can not join from training. This requirement ensures that soldiers have gained sufficient experience, training, and maturity before taking on the specialized roles and demanding missions associated with units like the Rangers.

Exact requirements can vary, but generally, soldiers are expected to have completed a minimum of two years of service before attending any special ops/ forces courses. This is to demonstrate and gain their commitment, competence, and ability to handle the challenges of special operations roles effectively. This period of service also allows soldiers to develop the necessary skills and meet specific eligibility criteria set by the unit and the Army.

Firstly, pick a Role and Regiment that you would like to join and go from there. If jumping from planes is something that interests you, join the Parachute Regiment, however you don’t need to be infantry to transfer to the Rangers or to do P Company so take your time to choose. .
