Deployment homecoming and pay
I was just looking for some clarification. I’ve been doing my research and have seen you get about 2.5 weeks off after a 6 month deployment. Is that “free days off” for lack of a better way to say it or does it come out of your holiday allowance. And do you get extra pay only for deployments or overseas training aswell? Thanks

Hi Charley,
After an operational tour you'll get Post-Operational Tour Leave, this is in addition to your yearly leave allowance.
You'll also get extra pay for both deployments and overseas training.
