Thanks for your question. You need to approach your chain of command and register your interest, they will then be able to start the application process for you to take you aptitude tests.
I don't work in the recruitment side of the AAC so I'm not entirely sure how long this process takes for other capbadges but your CoC should be able to find out the information for you. Your first step would be the recommendation from your unit and, following that, application to sit the aptitude tests.
