Good morning,
Best advice would be to register your interest with your Pl Cmdr. There is a specific policy that has recently come out that your unit 2IC will have access to. If you're interested in transfering as aircrew then they can start the process with you to see whether you're eligible. -

I would also suggest you go and speak to your RCMO and make them aware of your intentions as you will need their (and your current unit's support). GOod luck!
