Currently in the RAF, potentionally looking to transfer over to army as tank crewman. What steps do I need to take?

Good morning.
I cannot speak for the RAF processes it is not something i have experienced and i would not wish to point you in the wrong direction, but i would suggest that your first point of call would be to speak to your Chain of Command to let them know about your reasons for wanting to transfer and to ask them what the process is from the RAF side.
Im definitely biased but being part of a tank crew is awesome i wish you the best of luck.
