Completing my degree whilst joining part time. If I am currently in my first year of a 3 year Counselling & Mental Health Course at University. Am I able to join as a part time reservist whilst still continuing my course?

You could join as a reservist, or you could look at joining your nearest University Officer Training Corps https://www.army.mod.uk/who-we-are/corps-regiments-and-units/university-officers-training-corps/
There are lots of reservists who study or work full time alongside their reservist roles.
