Hi Abby,
We do have Exercise Rehabilitation Instructors in the military, but I am not aware of a direct route into this role, usually ERIs are soldiers who have trained as Physical Training Instructors and then become more specialised. I'm afraid I am not sure of the best way to contact them, most corps have active social media pages that may be able to point you in the right direction.
