So a CMT2 is what you get once you pass out of training as a regular soldier, a CMT3 is a reserve role only, both of which will work towards a CMT1, as a CMT you work at a level around the same as a EMT with an opportunity to gain a EMT/AAP qualification and from there you can progress on to doing your Paramedic course.
