If you are referring to this question in the Basic Training (BT) context, then itis a simple no I'm afraid. This is for very good reason(s) that you can imagine, though happy to clarify them?
Once Phase 1 (BT) training is complete there are various options available to you and your partner to be accommodated together in your own military 'quarter' (house), for example.
There are many other specific accommodation options available to service personnel (under the current military housing model programme) and it will be dependent on personal situation and circumstance(s). Don't worry at all though as all of this is explained to the individual, as you progress through training and thereafter as you progress in your career.
