Hello,
This will vary significantly depending on which role you decide on, and what your posting is. Some regiments deploy more frequently than others. You do get some input into your postings and you are encouraged to express a preference for where you would like to work, so if you don't want to deploy as often, you can express a preference for units that are not due to deploy.
