You can transfer job role while in the Army at any time, however the job role you wish to enter will need to have space for you and you will need to pass any pre entry tests that job role requires, for example to transfer into the Army Air Corps as a pilot you will need to pass a CBAT aptitude test, aircrew medical, flying grading and a potential leader board. All job roles differ and some may not need any pre entry testing.
