Bradley, it is possible to attend the All-Arms Pre-Parachute Selection Course (P-Company) as a REME soldier. All of the units within 16 Air Assault Brigade Combat Team have a parachute liability where they need soldiers of certain trade groups to fill parachute roles on deployment. These are predominantly Vehicle Mechanics and Armourers however across the corps there are soldiers from all trades parachute trained. It is difficult, but not impossible, to attend the course if you are not within 16 Brigade.
