Can you do P-Coy / AACC as a veterinary officer? Are there other courses you can enrol on? Does it have to be academic?

AACC and P coy are available to do within all trades and ranks within the military providing you meet the pre requisites of the course. As far as i know there is no limitations on veterinary officers to be able to do this course also as it will make you more deployable but this would be up to the individual cap badge to let you go.

Would I only be working at DATR or 1MWD or could I be attached to other regiments? (Like dog handlers can join Para Dogs).

I am unsure as to what posting options are for people in this field. Sometimes its a case of going to one of these regiments and deploying out with other units as and when required. For more information your best bet would be to talk to the officer team that will be able to get you the answers. They will call you once you have put in your application.
