You can take them to wear in our own time (what downtime you do get in the evenings/on some weekends), but you won’t be able to wear them during the day or on exercise phases. This is because you are issued everything that is required and it also covers you if anything goes wrong. If you get injured wearing issued clothing, you are covered by the Army, if you get injuring wearing your own clothing, you aren’t.
