Hi Emma,
There are many different uniforms in the Army (on the old dress regulations there are 17 different types of uniform listed!) and certainly for some of them women wear trousers, but I am not sure about all of them.
The Army has been reviewing it's uniform policy a lot over the past few years and I currently don't have access to the most up to date version.
